Founded in 2005, today SermonView’s core business provides evangelism marketing campaigns to churches throughout the United States and Canada. Direct mail is the anchor of an effective campaign, surrounded by other resources such as invite cards, posters, road signs, banners, and online advertising. Our online and phone-based pre-registration platforms help improve response rates for each campaign, while collecting data that helps us improve future campaigns. We also offer marketing programs for Christian schools to increase retention and grow enrollment.

Campaign Manager
We’re looking for a full-time campaign manager to join our growing team serving Seventh-day Adventist churches throughout North America. This inside sales position handles inbound sales calls, consults with customers to match their needs with our solutions, and ensures projects are completed and delivered on time. Our CM will be especially focused on helping churches with promoting evangelistic meetings and other outreach events. For each customer, the CM will put together project proposals for direct mail and social media campaigns, gather required information for the campaign, shepherd each project through the production department, and follow up to ensure all their needs are met. The CM will focus on products found on our targeted website,

In addition, this position will keep track of upcoming events, proactively contact churches to find out how SermonView can support their outreach efforts, and attend appropriate pastor events to meet clients in person and share the SermonView story with future customers.

Requirements and qualifications: The most important characteristics required for this position are a strong goal orientation, and the ability to speak with a purpose, guiding a conversation toward specific outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or in-house sales experience and a high school diploma. The ideal candidate will also show strong communication skills, enjoy working with customers, and be organized. This position also requires moderate computer skills; CRM software experience is a plus, as is telephone sales experience. Position must be able to achieve sales goals with limited supervision.

Experience working with pastors and lay leaders of Seventh-day Adventist churches is strongly preferred. Understanding of the printing industry and church marketing are definite bonuses.

Travel: 1-2 times per year, for up to 5 days at a time.

Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 per year, plus full-time benefits package. (Compensation includes base hourly wage, a cash benefit allowance of $300/mo., and commissions.)

Work Schedule: Regular full-time position budgeted for 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hourly, non-exempt employment classification.
